Return & Refund Policy

30-day returns

You may return any book within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in resalable condition (unmarked, undamaged, with no bent covers).

How to start a return

Email support@book516llc.store with your order reference. We will send a prepaid return label within one business day.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving at our facility. Shipping is free both ways.

Damaged or incorrect items

If a book arrives damaged or you received the wrong title, contact us within 14 days and we will ship a replacement immediately — no need to return the original.
