Cancellation Policy
Cancel any order before it leaves our facility.
Before dispatch
You may cancel any order free of charge before it is dispatched — typically within 12 hours of ordering, and always before you receive a shipping confirmation email.
How to cancel
Email support@book516llc.store or call (915) 555-0134 with your order reference. Cancellations are confirmed by email.
After dispatch
Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but our 30-day return policy applies — see our Return & Refund Policy.
